TellJO is an award-winning digital assessment tool designed to support financially vulnerable people.
Mission
TellJO had been operating for 5 years, but were slow to convert enquiries into sales. Their service is unique, but how they described it was inconsistent.
I gave their brand a make-over with an updated logo, new strapline and an upbeat tone of voice. And I worked with their fund to distil their offering down into a simple messaging document that I then used to create sales bids, website copy, social posts, case studies, testimonial videos, award entries and event collateral.
